Colorado Ghost Town Photography - Crisman, Colorado

November 15, 2016Posted by Webmaster

A post office operated at Crisman, and the townsite once had a peak population of around 100. The rich ore in this area went directly to the mint. Although the area has a sign labelled Crisman, its not easy to explore. The local home owners have marked the area as private property. The trees are so thick, its not possible to tell if any original homes exist on that road. There are some remains visible on the side of the hill above the site.
